WOLF-Garten garden tools are engineered for longevity and performance. To ensure your peace of mind, our products carry a reassuring manufacturer guarantee against manufacturing defects.
Guarantee Terms
Thank you for choosing WOLF-Garten. This website is owned and operated by Barrus. Each product is guaranteed against defective material or assembly of material under normal usage.
Coverage: The guarantee applies to the original purchaser and covers faulty parts and the labour involved in replacing and repairing those parts, which are of original manufacture.
Guarantee Durations
- multi-change® Range: 35 year guarantee (for products manufactured from 2018 onwards).
- Cutting & Fixed Hand Tools: 10 year guarantee.
- Other Ranges: Between 2 and 5 years, depending on the specific product.
- Professional/Commercial Use: Carries a three month warranty only.
What is not covered?
- General wear and tear: Including, but not limited to, blunt blades.
- Environmental Damage: Depreciation or damage caused by ordinary wear, rusting, corrosion, or lack of correct maintenance.
- Misuse: Damage resulting from abuse, operation outside of intended use, or accidental damage.
- Modifications: Failure caused by parts or accessories modified without written approval from E.P. Barrus Ltd.
- Non-Transferable: This guarantee is only applicable to the original purchaser.
